My first Paleo Food update

As of today I have had the following:

Post workout: Left over pork from Dinner and cantalope
Snack: Larabar
Lunch: scrambled omega 3 eggs and blueberries ....

Now to go figure out what is for dinner. Must look in the Paleo cookbook!

  1. to wrap up my day I had Strawberries and blueberries for snack and a hamburger for dinner (no bun of course).

    I was able to get on to the Live Primal site and get some receipes. Hopefully I'll be able to play around with some of them and get some more interesting meals created. This is going to be very difficult for me since I don't eat many (any) veggies or seafood.

  2. Paleo Day number two ...

    Since the kids have been sick I have not made it to the store for the correct cooking supplies so my meals were pretty boring.

    Pre-run in the morning: Banana
    BF: eggs with flaxseed and cantalope
    Lunch: Strawberries, blueberries, and diced chicken
    Dinner: Pulled pork and blueberries dipped in almond butter (thanks Tyler for the tip).
